Norman’s Attic Fall Fest is Almost Here!
Fall 2024 is on the horizon! Join us again this year for one of Yankee Magazine’s “Top 20 Vermont Events”! Norman’s Attic Fall Fest will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, from 9am to 4pm in Arlington, VT (Rain Date is Sunday, September 15 from 1pm to 5pm).
St. James’ Episcopal Church is thrilled to invite you back to the cherished community-wide festival, Norman’s Attic Fall Fest. As in the past, the Norman’s Attic Fall Fest will line Church St. in front of St. James’, as well as Rt. 7A (Main St.) by the Town Offices and the Community House.
Food (including delicious homemade baked goods), entertainment, and coming together as a community are all a part of the Norman’s Attic Fall Fest experience, and it’s one that brings people back year after year! A wide range of 60+ vendors feature antiques, collectibles, clothing, hand-crafted jewelry, artwork, vinyl records, maple syrup, and much more for sale. It’s the best way to support local artisans while enjoying Vermont’s glorious Fall foliage!
We are very excited to announce the new addition of a cider press this year, as well as an Open House at the Arlington Community House to share the recent renovation of three rooms. Don’t forget to take a break from shopping to stop in and enjoy the updated look.
For over 25 years, this tremendously popular event has taken place in historic Arlington, Vermont, the home of beloved American artist Norman Rockwell from 1939 to 1953. The last two years have been our best ever— help us keep up the trend and make it better and better every year!

St. James’s Church will hold its annual Norman’s Attic Fall Fest on:
Saturday, September 14, 2024 (9am - 4pm)
(Rain date is day Sunday, September 15, 2024 (1 – 5pm).
Application and payment Fees for 10' X 10' vendor space are as follows:
· Early bird registration $45 (received by August 5, 2024)
· Regular registration $55 (received August 7 – September 9, 2024)
· Late registrations $70 (received September 10 – 13, 2024)
All spaces are rented on a first come, first served basis. Please register early to guarantee your space. St. James’ will do all the publicity and marketing of the event including regional and local newspaper and signage.
